National Holidays

The Fourth of July is a 'Ceremony of

                             Bombshells'

History

The fourth of July is so popular in America because it gives people a sense of sudden excitement and self-pride. Down the centuries, it's been the pinnacle of merrymaking and celebration of people from different nations. But today it's tilting slightly closer to the dangerous side, not long ago a few holiday magazines allegedly advised millions of Americans to celebrate it's independence by creating lethal toys such as the swirling sparkler and 'invisible fire' picture.

These items are so dangerous because they literally cause mini-explosions upon impact, the popularity of these nuclear knick knacks soon dwindled. Though these days the chance of a woman's butt going on fire or a car exploding in the Conneticut are much higher, In fact policemen are so alarmed by the behavior of American teens that they've managed to pack each and every police vehicle with hi-technology that detects gunfire.

Yes, they can hear even the slightest crackle so there'll be twice as much people going to jail this time. So now we have two dangers, the danger of getting killed by atomic combustion and being arrested for playing with fire. Who's to blame, the police department for stealing America's independence or the people for taking their own lives? Well, the topics not up for discussion and these donut-eating law enforcers sure don't have the patience for it.

They're ready with their listening equipment and tonight thousands of people will fill the streets near the Eastern River to witness 40,000 bombshells explode in the air for 26 minutes at 1,000 into the sky in Macy's Fourth of July. It could go splendidly or go out with a bang like the 5th of September in England did, one thing's for sure, walking alone in the streets or getting seen holding a firecracker might not be such a good idea.

We might like to stay a bit far from fireworks too, research shows that 90 percent more people suffer from Tetanus on the 4th, a disease where a person experiences unpleasant muscle spasms due to neurotoxins infecting the body. It happened so often that Scientists began labeling it "patriotic tetanus" , evidence later showed that it was in fact the work of fire, or...fireworks. Fireworks influenced the toxin, killing over 34,605 people in two days and got so deadly that deaths on the 4th 'outdid cases during the whole year'.

Evidence had it that fatalities on independence day were comparable to cases of Revolutionary War Battles . But even with all this mumbo jumbo, there's still 'cause for celebration on July, in recent years

But different people celebrate it in different ways, one popular American past time is the "Waffle Party", and yes, any thing with waffles is allowed:

From waffle burgers to waffle-ice cream combos, the list goes on and the craze goes on from Washington D.C to Florida in Miami. Everyone's diggin' it, care to dig in?
